The staff were happy to take a reservation for our group of 8 in just 60 minutes after we arrived, perfect amount of time to explore Orvieto at night and find drink to pass the time.
When we returned the table was set beautifully. Some of us are vegan and vegetarian and they were more than happy to accomodate by altering some dishes.
The food and wine was absolutely incredible, all 8 of us were blown away by the presentation and taste of our dishes.
It’s not the cheapest dinner you’ll find in town, but it is absolutely worth the price!
We are so happy to find this hidden gem in Orvieto. We had a cod as starter, tagliatelle with black truffle, lamb with hazelnut, and tripe as main dishes. All very good! We also asked for side does-- mixed salad and spinach are both excellent.
Very private and cozy place. My family stopped in for Lunch in June 2019. Staff was very friendly, service was perfect, food was cooked well and tasted great. The prices were very reasonable, and they had a good selection of wine. I would visit this place again if I am back in Orvieto.
Excellent meal. We had cod ravioli and rabbit wrapped in bacon. The best rabbit I’ve ever had, incredibly tender. Great service and lovely patio.
Great basket of bread with olive oil to start. A wonderful meal with attentive service. Caramella with red wine sauce absolutely divine. Papparadelle with lamb.
Lovely restaurant not far from the Duomo. Our food was delicious and the staff was nice. The clientele was a mix of locals and tourists.
Wonderful food and amazing atmosphere. I am unsure whether the menu changes, but we had a veal cheek tortelli pasta that was stellar, and a starter of baffo that was amazing - two of the best dishes we have had in Italy.
Great food and good service in a very nice restaurant.
